Taking and making photographs of fireworks is fun and easy if you pay attention to a few basics. For some well-written and excellent advice from someone who know the subject well, click here.
These two photos were made by combining several exposures in Adobe Photoshop. The one on the left was shot with a 35mm film camera, the one on the right with a digital camera. Either type of camera works well.
You don't need fast film to photograph fireworks. The photo on the left was shot with Fuji Velvia (ISO 50) film, the one on the right with a digital camera set at ISO64.
